Cash, card, and Venmo are all accepted. Payment is collected at the end of your appointment.

A few days ahead is usually enough for most appointments. For weekends or specific time windows, booking earlier helps secure your preferred slot. Monthly plan clients get priority scheduling.

Life happens. Just give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule and we'll find another time that works. Same-day cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

There's a 24-hour satisfaction window after every service. If something doesn't look right, let me know and I'll make it right, no hassle.

Rain or extreme conditions may require rescheduling, since detailing in wet weather defeats the purpose. I'll always reach out ahead of time if weather is a concern and we'll find the next available slot.

The Sea Glass Refresh typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. A Sea Glass Deluxe runs 3 to 4 hours depending on the vehicle's size and condition. I'll give you a more accurate time estimate when you book.

Claying removes bonded surface contaminants, things like industrial fallout, iron particles, and road grime, that a regular wash can't lift. If you run your hand over your paint after a wash and it feels rough or gritty, your car needs claying. It leaves the surface smooth, slick, and properly prepped for polish or sealant. It's available as an add-on to any package.

A sealant is a protective layer applied over your paint after washing or polishing. It bonds to the surface and creates a hydrophobic barrier, meaning water beads up and rolls off instead of sitting on the paint. This protects against UV damage, light contamination, and oxidation. The sealant included in the Full Detail lasts up to 3 months. The longer-lasting add-on can provide protection for up to 6 to 8 months.

Stage 1 polish handles light swirl marks and surface marring effectively. Deep scratches that catch your fingernail have broken through the clear coat and require more aggressive paint correction or touch-up work, which is outside the scope of current services. If you're unsure, I can assess it when I arrive.
